A well-mannered shopper always gets the best customer service. If you will be travelling to a foreign country soon, try to learn something about their culture and see if their shopping practises are a bit different from what you are used to. Learn a few basic phrases in their native language and use these when you shop. Remember to smile and to always be polite. You might end up making new friends - and getting a few discounts on your purchases too!
